Access RETS Standard Content Data to Go RESO

RESO logo

REcolorado has been working behind the scenes on our Go RESO project that will bring the listing data in REcolorado’s Matrix MLS system in line with the Real Estate Standards Organization’s (RESO) Data Dictionary. We’ve made great progress and are on track to complete the project according to our timeline

Now it’s your turn to take action!

You’ll need to make some updates to your RETS feed to continue pulling REcolorado data after REcolorado’s Go RESO project is completed. You now have access to the new data set to begin this work, which must be completed by mid-November. To continue pulling REcolorado data, you must:

  • Review Changes to the Data – Use our reference guide – Standard Content Field List – to understand how your current data set lines up with the new Go RESO data set.
  • Get Access to the New Data – The RETS URL for the new system is https://recorets.recolorado.com/rets/login.ashx. Your login credentials are the same.
  • Complete Data Mapping – Please start working with the new data as soon as possible to complete your data mapping in preparation for the switch.

Important Note:  If you are currently receiving expired and withdrawn listings as part of REcolorado’s Standard Content package, you will need to make a change. After the Go RESO project is complete, expired and withdrawn listings will no longer be included in the Standard Content package. If you would still like to receive this data, you’ll need to request the REcolorado All Content data package. Please contact us at vendors@recolorado.com to discuss options to receive the data you need.

REcolorado also has plans to make our Standard Content data package available through Web API! Stay tuned for updates early next year.
