Last week, you received an email about two things you must do to Go RESO. As an IDX vendor, you’ll need make some changes in order to continue pulling REcolorado data after REcolorado’s Go RESO project is completed. If you do not complete the data mapping by November 30, you will no longer be able to pull REcolorado data.
Here’s what you need to do:
1. Choose How You’d like to Receive Data
When REcolorado’s Go RESO project is completed, our IDX data package will only be available via the Web API from CoreLogic’s Trestle™ Data Distribution platform.
Now you have a choice:
- Use Trestle to transition to Web API Next Month.
If you’re already familiar with Trestle and the Web API, you can wait to begin your transition efforts until the data is available, currently anticipated mid-October. The transition must be completed by the end of November. We will follow up with additional instructions when you can begin setting up your Trestle account.
- Wait to Transition to the Web API Next Year.
If you cannot complete the transition to Web API by the end of November, we will grant you temporary access to the new Matrix RETS IDX feed. You will still need to complete data mapping to use this feed, and ultimately will need to transition to Trestle Web API by the end of February. After February, we will no longer offer the IDX RETS feed for IDX vendors.
To choose this option, you must respond to this email or contact IDXagreements@REcolorado.com – we will follow up with instructions to access the new IDX RETS feed.
Please note: to use Trestle Web API, CoreLogic will charge an additional $75 fee per month per connection. This fee is in addition to REcolorado’s data licensing fees.
2. Remap your Data by November 30
Regardless of which option you choose, you will need to remap your data by the end of November.
