IDX data customers may connect to REcolorado data via Trestle Web API. Here’s how you can do that:
1. Create your Trestle Account
First, if you have not already done so, you’ll need to create a Trestle account. To use Trestle Web API, CoreLogic will charge a $75 monthly fee per connection. This is not included in REcolorado data licensing fees.
2. Complete the Vendor License Agreement
To access REcolorado data, you’ll need to read and sign the Vendor Content License Agreement in the Trestle platform. Review your contract carefully as pricing has changed. Vendors will not have to add your IDX customers to Trestle in order to access or use the data.
Once REcolorado reviews and countersigns the agreement, you will be connected and have access to the IDX Vendor data. The approval process for new IDX customers will not change – vendors must first receive an approval email from REcolorado before they can activate IDX on websites.
3. Access REcolorado IDX Vendor Data
Data is not complete at this time but will be available for testing and configuration in mid-October. We will send another notice when the data is available in the Trestle platform. The data will be available for testing so you may begin converting fields in a staging environment, but do not publish to your IDX websites yet as the data is not yet complete.
4. Complete Data Mapping by November 30
If you do not remap your data before the Go RESO project is complete, you will no longer be able to pull REcolorado data. Please complete data mapping by November 30 to avoid any disruption to your data.
If you have questions or need additional support during this process, please contact IDXagreements@REcolorado.com.
