Vendor Agreement Update: IDX Data and Third-Party Vendors

As REcolorado moves our IDX data feed to Trestle Web API, we will no longer allow vendors to standardize or normalize data for other vendors or third-party companies.

Beginning March 1, any company seeking to use data from REcolorado will need to be a direct vendor. All subcontractor addendums will terminate on February 29, 2020. If a vendor wishes to obtain REcolorado data, they must be able to consume and standardize the data themselves through Trestle Web API.

In addition, supplying data to any third party will be a violation of the REcolorado Rules and Regulations. Vendors will not be allowed to share data with third parties. Supplying data to another entity could result in fees, suspension, and/or termination of the vendor contract license agreement.
