We are already a part of the select group of leading Multiple Listing Service organizations and real estate technology companies across the country who carry the Real Estate Standards Organization’s (RESO) certification. Now, we’re transitioning our Matrix MLS system to match the RESO Data Dictionary.
We’re working closely with experts from CoreLogic, the provider of Matrix and Trestle, to transition listing data in REcolorado Matrix so it’s consistent with the latest standards being adopted industrywide. This will make it easier for you to retrieve and use the data to power the tools you provide to brokers.
All REcolorado data customers, regardless of what data package you are currently receiving, will need to make changes to your data feed by the end of November. You will receive communications outlining specific steps you’ll need to take based on your data package or view recent notifications for your data package from the top navigation menu.
If you’re an IDX vendor currently accessing REcolorado’s Matrix MLS data through a RETS feed, you’ll need to make a transition to the way you access our listing data. When REcolorado’s Go RESO project is completed, our IDX data package will only be available via the Web API from CoreLogic’s Trestle Data Distribution platform.
Once you’ve made the switch the Trestle Web API, you can use the Trestle Web API Help Document for ongoing support.

You’ll still need to complete data mapping by the end of November.||Please start working with Trestle as soon as possible to complete data mapping and convert to the Trestle Web API. You’ll receive reminder emails from our team if you haven’t yet started the process.||Your deadline to complete data mapping is November 30. When we make our RESO conversion, you may lose data access if you have not completed the transition by this date.||If you chose to use a temporary RETS feed, you have until February to complete the transition to Trestle Web API.|
IDX Participants may choose to access the IDX data package through Trestle’s Web API or continue using a RETS feed. If you choose to continue using a RETS feed, you’ll need to make some updates to your RETS feed by the end of November.
If you’re not an IDX data customer, you’ll simply need to make some updates to your RETS feed by the end of November. You can begin this work now.
