We are already a part of the select group of leading Multiple Listing Service organizations and real estate technology companies across the country who carry the Real Estate Standards Organization’s (RESO) certification. Now, we’re transitioning our Matrix MLS system to match the RESO Data Dictionary.
We’re working closely with experts from CoreLogic, the provider of Matrix and Trestle, to transition listing data in REcolorado Matrix so it’s consistent with the latest standards being adopted industrywide. This will make it easier for you to retrieve and use the data to power the tools you provide to brokers.
If you’re an IDX data customer currently accessing REcolorado’s Matrix MLS data through a RETS feed, you’ll need to make a transition to the way you access our listing data by mid-November.
To make a switch to the Trestle Web API:
Once you’ve made the switch the Trestle Web API, you can use the Trestle Web API Help Document for ongoing support.

If you’re not an IDX data customer, you’ll simply need to make some updates to your RETS feed by mid-November. You can begin this work in late July or early August. Watch for emails from us around that time for more information.
