How to Identify IRES Data from Trestle

Last week, the Trestle IDX data feed was updated to include IRES listings. This additional data is available as part of our expanded data exchange agreement with IRES.   There has been a slight change to how to identify the data. Please see below.

Also, be sure to refresh your data feed to start receiving the IRES data as the timestamps on these listings were not being updated.

Please note: If you power IDX sites for members of REALTORS® of Central Colorado or Steamboat Springs Board of REALTORS®, their websites are NOT permitted to display IRES listings.

You will need to reference the Originating System Sub Name field of the member whose website you are providing and compare it to the Originating System Sub Name field on the listing. For example, a member with the value of RECO_ROCC in their Originating System Sub Name field is not permitted to display listings from IRES (RECO_IRES) on their IDX website. Below is a table that shows the listings that members are allowed to display based on their Originating System Sub Name.

IRES listings can be identified in two ways: either by the Listing ID, which will begin with “IR”, or by the Originating System Sub Name field. The Originating System Sub Name will be “RECO_IRES” for all data exchange listings.
