A few weeks ago, you received an email about how to Access RETS Standard Content Data to Go RESO. You’ll need to make some updates to your RETS feed to continue pulling REcolorado data after REcolorado’s Go RESO project is completed. If you do not complete the data mapping by November 30, you will no longer be able to pull REcolorado data.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Review Changes to the Data – Use our reference guide – Standard Content Field List – to understand how your current data set lines up with the new Go RESO data set. You can also review changes using the Standard Content Data Reference.
- Get Access to the New Data – The RETS URL for the new system is https://recorets.recolorado.com/rets/login.ashx. Your login credentials are the same.
- Refresh your Data – If you’ve already started work, you may want to refresh your metadata and data as there have been minor updates.
- Complete Data Mapping – Please start working with the new data as soon as possible to complete your data mapping in preparation for the switch.
Important Note: After the Go RESO project is complete, expired and withdrawn listings will no longer be included in the Standard Content package. If you would still like to receive this data, you’ll need to request the REcolorado All Content data package. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss options to receive the data you need.
REcolorado also has plans to make our Standard Content data package available through Web API! Stay tuned for updates next year.
