Can I access my account online and pay my bill? Yes, you can view your account and pay your bill online through your REcolorado Professional Account. Contact Finance@REcolorado.comto receive your login credentials. Once you receive your credentials, log in to your account, select ‘Billing’ from the menu on the left-hand side of the page, and click ‘Pay My Bill.’ What are the available payment options? We’re flexible! You can make payments on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis. Simply choose the option that works best for you. Log in to your REcolorado Professional Account, click ‘Billing’ from the menu on the left-hand side of the page, and choose ‘Billing Preferences.’ Additionally, an automatic payment feature is also available for your convenience. To sign up for Auto-Pay, click ‘Pay My Bill’ and select the Auto-Pay checkbox. Why is there a fee for RETS data? We love free services just as much as the next person, but our quality data is maintained by a host of hardworking staff members. The charge for RETS data covers the support staff, system and data maintenance and upkeep, and bandwidth expenses, which vary depending on data access. How much does a data feed cost? Please see our Participant Pricing Schedule or our Vendor Pricing Schedule. When will I get my first bill? IDX Data Feeds: A setup fee is due when your Trestle account is created. Your recurring subscription fee will start once your Trestle connection has been approved. All Other Data Feeds: A setup fee is due when your test account is created. Your recurring subscription fee will start once you opt to go live with your account. You will automatically be billed monthly, but you can change your payment preferences at any time to make quarterly or annual payments if that’s what you prefer. We can provide you more specific information after we receive and review your content license application. How long will it take before I get a live data feed? The timeline varies depending on the service package you’ve chosen, but most customers are live within a couple of weeks. What options are available to get a feed of just my listings/my office listings? Is there a fee? We do not provide feeds on an individual agent level, but if you’re a Participant, we can set you up with a feed of your office listings. Click here to view pricing. Do you have a test or development site? Yes. When we approve your RETS access, you’ll receive credentials for what we call our ‘staging’ site. You’ll be able to see how everything looks before it goes live. Can I get access to data for a product that hasn't yet launched? Yes, test data access may be available from our staging site even for products that haven’t yet launched. After reviewing your product and launch plans, we’ll determine if test access is appropriate. If so, we can get you set up with data access and then keep in touch with you regarding your launch timeline. What fields are available in each option?
How do I access photos? Are they available via a URL? IDX Data Customers: Photos are available via URL in Trestle. All other Data Customers: Photos are not available via URL, but you can use RETS GetObject queries to download photos. How frequently can I pull data/photos? It varies depending on your data contract, but at a minimum, you’ll be able to update data and photos 4 times a day after your initial data pull. We require that ongoing updates be done using only incremental data pulls rather than using full data/media pulls. What RETS libraries do you recommend?
